Sciences The
Museum of Arts & Sciences (MOAS) is the primary art, history and
science museum in Central Florida. Located on a 90-acre Florida nature
preserve, the 86,000 square foot facility is host to over 30,000 objects
including the finest collection of American Art in the southeast, the
largest collection of Cuban art outside of Cuba, a significant Chinese art
collection, and Florida's prehistoric Giant Ground Sloth. Also on display,
is Coca-Cola entrepreneur Chapman Root's lifetime collection of Americana,

largest university-affiliated art museums in the United States, the Harn
Museum has an 86,800-square-foot facility, which includes 32,800 square
feet of exhibition space, a 250-seat auditorium, study center, museum

research. In 2009, the museum will break ground on a new
25,920-square-foot addition, which will be dedicated to the exhibition,

Tampa Museum of
Art The Tampa Museum
of Art is currently located in an interim facility at 2306 N. Howard
Avenue in Tampa, while construction of the new museum is completed in
downtown Tampa. The current exhibition, BIT, BYTE, DOT, SPOT: post digital
art is the last exhibition offered until the new museum opens in early
2010. TMA's collection of Greek and Roman antiquities, and collection
of contemporary art is in secure storage until the new facility opens. The
date of the grand opening will be announced in the near future.

Florida Contemporary Art Museum
USFCAM maintains the university’s art collection,
comprised of more than 5,000 art works. There are exceptional holdings in
graphics and sculpture multiples by internationally acclaimed artists,
such as Roy Lichtenstein, Robert Rauschenberg and James Rosenquist, who
have worked at USF’s Graphicstudio. Contemporary photography and African
art are also important areas of the collection.

Morse Museum of American Art The Charles Hosmer Morse
Museum of American Art houses the world's most comprehensive collection of
the works of Louis Comfort Tiffany (1848-1933) including Tiffany jewelry,
pottery, paintings, art glass, leaded-glass windows, lamps, and the chapel
interior he designed for the 1893 World's Columbian Exposition in Chicago.
